Key Responsibilities

Oversee global implementation and management of the Human Capital Management System (HCM) upgrades
Lead and manage HRIS related projects to support strategic and operational goals
Develop and maintain analytics to inform business decisions and improve service center effectiveness


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology Management, or related field
Minimum of 6 years technical experience with enterprise HCM products, preferably Workday
10 years of functional/technical knowledge in HR processes
3-5 years of supervisory experience
