Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions across various industries
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using diverse recruiting methods
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to manage the hiring process efficiently


Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the engineering or IT sectors
Demonstrated success in recruitment at all levels within an organization
High School diploma required; BA/BS degree preferred
Strong technology aptitude and direct experience with candidate search databases and ATS
