Key Responsibilities

Act as a first escalation point for Partners and resolve support inquiries across various communication channels
Communicate updates, fixes, and solutions to Partners while maintaining knowledge of the software suite
Collaborate with team members to escalate inquiries and report common themes with product issues


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

College graduate or current college student with 0-2 years of experience in relevant fields
Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce, G-Suite, ARN, SQL, and Google Analytics is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and clients
Data savvy with the ability to analyze and utilize data for business growth
