Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join growing team in north central VA. Our Providers, Nurses, and Staff provide help to the community in ways some patients previously thought was not possible. The group creates an environment of community service that lets employees reconnect with the reason they were first interested in healthcare. Details:

• Seeking family medical provider who has an expansive scope of practice, which encompasses care for newborns through end of life; with a focus on women s health services that includes LARC insertion and prenatal care in low risk patients.
• Working in a team-based care delivery model that integrates behavioral health services into the delivery of primary care.
• No supervisory responsibility of health center staff.
• Contribute to the ongoing knowledge enhancement of clinical staff in order to achieve the best possible clinical outcomes for patients.
• 3 clinical care delivery sites. The overall demographic of all pts served by all three sites is 46% Medicaid, 13% Medicare, 19% private insurance and 22% uninsured / sliding fee patients.
• We offer prenatal care, newborn care, full scale (cradle to grave primary care), behavioral health services including psychiatric care, LCSW community resource coordination, interpretation support via in person staff interpreters, boost lingo and telephone interpretation, pharmacy services with 340B support, medical records / referral management department, care coordination services, dental services, transportation support, eligibility support and more.
• Currently we employ 4 pediatricians (seeking 1 more); 2 family medicine physicians; 5 FNPs, 1 PNP, 1 PA who focuses on same day access to care, 2 CNMs Compensation & Benefits:
