Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage Risk/Quality data collection strategies, analytics, and reporting
Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope and resources
Conduct regular risk assessments and maintain program documentation while addressing issues promptly


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
6+ years of program and/or project management experience in risk adjustment and/or quality
6+ years of experience with HEDIS engine activity and risk adjustment reporting systems
Experience with data analysis and running queries in Microsoft Azure or SQL server
Significant healthcare experience with in-depth knowledge of risk adjustment and quality More...
