? Evaluation of new LTE EMS and OAM feature requirements from customer, work with customer and development team to finalize the requirements

? High Level System Design of LTE EMS and OAM Features.

? Field Integration, Customization and Optimization of the Features

? Performance Evaluation, Problem Analysis and Resolution

? System Engineering of wide range of LTE EMS and OAM features related to LTE Element Management System, Configuration Management, Self Organization Management, Alarm Management, Fault Management, Call Log Reports, Software Management, and Operational Statistic Management etc.

? Must: MS/BS EE or CS

? Must: 5 years? minimum experience with design/development of LTE/WiMAX/UMTS/CDMA network related EMS/OAM standards and protocols.

? Must: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Must: Ability to work and communicate with a broad set of team members of varying knowledge base.
