The candidate must function as a Expert level Software Engineer with Java development, micro-services, and Angular experience. This program will deliver a new state-of-the-art portal that manages customer requirements in addition to maintaining the existing portal. This new portal will be written in Java using a micro-service architecture, role based access control (RBAC), and an Angular front-end in a CI / CD / SecDevOps Agile environment.Any migration experience is a plus, as we are eventually transitioning from Ruby-on-Rails to Java. No ruby experience required but helpful. The portal is deployed in the Cloud, so any Cloud experience is a plus. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
