Key Responsibilities

Lead the Product Compliance function and establish relationships across product teams
Supervise a team of Product Compliance professionals and implement compliance policies and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with state and federal obligations


Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in compliance advisory, risk, or control functions in banking or financial technology
Experience with regulatory compliance matters related to product teams
Ability to evaluate emerging products for compliance risk and implement solutions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; CRCM preferred
