Senior Tax Accountant Job Details:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Salary: $85K - $95K

Senior Tax Accountant Job Description:
Review, analyze, file, and properly account for all indirect taxes across global operations.
Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations as part of the closing process.
Assist with Veralto tax reporting and data collection.
Lead the global process for annual deferred tax calculations.
Provide guidance to AR and billing teams on sales tax invoicing issues.
Manage the annual Veralto income tax package submission process.
Negotiate with tax authorities regarding tax payments.
Identify tax savings opportunities on a global level.
Manage Veralto intercompany accounting and reporting processes.
Participate in balance sheet reviews.
Ensure compliance with SOX and audit requirements for general accounting.
Act as the primary contact for SUT audits and provide documentation.
Play a key role in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Present and communicate findings to management.
Develop and implement process improvements.
Oversee all global tax-related submissions.

Senior Tax Accountant
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience.
