What You Will Do:

Reviews, coordinates, administers, implements medication safety initiatives. Acts as a liaison representing the Department of Pharmacy in safe medication practice issues. Serves as a resource to system Pharmacy Directors and performance improvement departments on matters of medication safety and regulatory compliance. What You Will Get:
