We are looking to hire a Customer Experience Program Manager to join our team.The Surface team creates hardware that delivers the best of Microsoft experiences. This team works across Experiences & Devices -to define the product vision and deliver exceptional products - and relies on customer engagement systems to work quickly and efficiently. We are looking for a Customer Experience Program Manager -to join the Surface Product Team to help enable these efficiencies and execute our external commitments, working closely with Customers, Product Leads, and the Chief of Staff. -Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in Program Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related function.OR equivalent experience.Additional or Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 5+ years experience in Pogram Management, Marketing,Finance, or a related function.OR equivalent experience. -Customer Experience Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
