Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer to join our team and contribute to the implementation, customization, and maintenance of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity and access management (IAM) concepts, along with hands-on experience in developing and configuring SailPoint solutions

Responsibilities:
--- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design SailPoint solutions that meet business needs.
--- Develop, customize, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors, workflows, rules, and configurations.
--- Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications to manage user access and entitlements.
--- Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for SailPoint implementations.
--- Participate in SailPoint upgrade projects and ensure smooth migration of configurations and customizations.
--- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
--- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
--- Proficiency in Java programming language and scripting languages such as BeanShell, PowerShell, or Python.
--- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
--- Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.
--- Familiarity with cloud identity management solutions and technologies (e.g., Azure AD, Okta) is a plus.
--- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
--- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
--- SailPoint certification (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer) is a plus.
--- Experience with other IAM tools such as Oracle Identity Manager, ForgeRock, or CyberArk.
--- Knowledge of identity governance and compliance frameworks.
--- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
