Key Responsibilities

Perform contract administration and manage legal document organization
Oversee the contract process between Sales, RFP, and Commercial Legal teams
Complete legal drafting, redlining, and review of various agreements



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
3+ years of experience as a contracts administrator, contracts specialist, or paralegal
Current Certified Paralegal status in California is a plus
Familiarity with contracting with K-12 public schools or government entities is a plus
