The Opportunity with McKinstry We are adding a Business Operations Coordinator to our growing team in Pasco to provide excellent administrative support. Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include: - Coordinate administrative workflow, including both active work and forecast work, and meet all project deliverables and deadlines.
- Deliver accurate, high quality and timely results.
- Coordinate project activities across team members and departments.
- Coordinate client events, internal office events, and project events and track cost accordingly
- Assist in the coordination of training for new employees within the department (scheduling and coordination).
- May perform other project coordination activities as requested.
- Perform office administration functions as required which may include review of overhead charges, office inventory, local vendor contacts, or similar administrative duties.
- Provide excellent customer service and develops strong internal customer partnerships with key internal clients.
- Communicate with McKinstry clients as needed to achieve shared business objectives.
- Responsible for communication and sharing of information and best practices across team members.
- Participate in purposeful outreaching and connecting to departments and regions.
- Executes strong project coordination skills for assisting in and supervising logistics of trade shows, conferences, and events.
- Assist the Business Development team with market research, CRM input, and team development opportunities.
What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry - Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required; considerable knowledge of SharePoint.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience working with virtual and matrixed teams is preferred.
- Local travel required.
