Key Responsibilities:---Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect wireless solutions tailored to their needs.---Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the benefits of various wireless devices and plans.---Drive sales and meet monthly targets, contributing to the success of our retail store.---Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.---Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in wireless technology to be a reliable source of information for customers.
Requirements:---Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.---Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.---Tech-savvy with a passion for staying ahead in the ever-evolving wireless industry.---Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.---High school diploma or equivalent required.
