A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes for US and Canada employees and additional global payroll tasks.



Key Responsibilities

Process end-to-end payroll for US and Canada biweekly employees and global payroll using international vendors
Review and prepare payroll-related journal entries for the general ledger
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and assist with year-end projects and audits


Required Qualifications

4 or more years of payroll experience in a multi-state and multi-country environment
Solid foundation of US and Canada payroll knowledge
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and NetSuite
Experience with payroll software systems, preferably Paylocity
