Develop and execute strategic and operational objectives for the E&S Specialty Brokerage Property line of business

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in business administration or related field; master's degree preferred
Completion of general insurance courses such as CPCU, CIC, AU, ARM, CPIW, or ASLI is preferred
Ten years of experience in the E&S Brokerage Shared and Layered marketplace
Demonstrated ability to achieve successful financial benchmarks
