Seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible ENT Physician with general ENT practice but fellowships welcome. The ideal candidate will have an otology focus/interest and have concise and compassionate communication skills for the education of patients and families is ideal. Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State.

• The position is full-time consisting of a 4 or 5-day schedule.
• It is open to 0.8 FTE or 1.0 FTE.
• Call will consist of 1:5 (usually one weekend and one Monday-Thursday block every 5 weeks).
• There are consults at two hospitals with a very strong hospitalist program.
• Clinic hours are 8-5, flexible scheduling possible to obtain 6.5-7 hours of scheduled patient care with 1 surgical day per week once practice is established.

  • Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. For this position, wages will be between $443,667 and $479,639. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate s qualifications.
  • Time off: up to 11 weeks (for full time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status) of time off
