The ideal candidate will be passionate about building React component libraries. You will do this while working with a team of passionate people, who care about building scalable front-ends and delivering the best solutions to our customers. This position is a people manager role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Engineering.Responsibilities - Help define the vision and roadmap for In Product Growth initiatives
- Lead a team of engineers
- Work with other project teams to identify dependencies and build shared code
- Implement and deliver Docusign's design system through the component library
- Collaborate with the UX organization and participate in design reviews
- Own and deliver accurate effort estimations for each release cycle
- Work as part of a development team in the design, implementation, testing and release of new solutions
- Lead team to architect and build high-quality, ship-ready code with unit testsJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. - BS degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ total years industry experience in Software Engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on/coding experience developing JavaScript libraries, with focus on performance and scalability
- 3+ years of engineering management experiencePreferred
