Requirements:
- Basic, intermediate Excel skills are a must-have.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Recent graduates from finance, accounting stream will also work. Job Description:
- The MRO Data Specialist will work on improving the database for maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) items like motors and bearings. This involves cleaning up data, removing duplicates, and filling in missing information.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Finding and fixing inaccurate or incomplete data, often through internet research or using resources provided by suppliers and manufacturers.
- Sorting MRO items into different categories.
- Check if MRO items exist in our system, then update data or make new records as needed.
- Use our tool Integrity to add new items, update items, and make changes.
