  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients within the outpatient setting.
    
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
    
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with minor procedures.
    
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
    
  • Document assessments, care plans, and interventions in a timely manner.
    
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
    
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
    
  • Provide health education to patients and their families.

    Qualifications:
    
    
    
    
    • Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
      
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient nursing.
      
    • BLS certification required.
      
    • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
      
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
