Seeking professional and friendly incoming call and front desk Receptionist. Answer incoming calls, meeting facilities scheduling support, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
*Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
*Participates in related administrative assignments as requested, such as surveying conference room usage, training new reception desk staff, updating company telephone directory, and resolving conference room conflicts.
*Provides reception services to visitors at the Company's front desk reception area. Greets visitors, issues temporary access badges, and controls access to secure company areas. Maintains logs of visitor arrivals and departures. Maintains orderly appearance of the reception area.
*Logs and tracks incoming and outgoing deliveries that pass through the reception desk.
*Schedules conference rooms and conference telephone bridge lines for business meetings.
*Utilizes multiline or Automated Call Distribution (ACD) phone systems to provide telephone reception service to all callers. Directs calls and provides information about the voice mail system and the Company website as appropriate.
Experience:
*Customer service: 2 years.
*Word processing: 2 years.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
*Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
*Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
*Ability to handle multiple tasks, with strong problem solving skills.
*Ability to work as part of a team.
*Effective customer service skills.
