Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting performance expectations and providing coaching
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and identify new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and manage sales operations and reporting



Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in spend management, procurement, or finance operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
Proven experience in overseeing spend management solutions, including strategic sourcing and vendor management
Strong understanding of financial controls, budgeting, and cost management processes
Experience implementing spend management software solutions (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba)
