Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership in technical areas, project management, and systems analysis to solve complex business problems
Guide subordinates and vendor technology teams in accomplishing assigned tasks and deliver complete solutions
Document processes and engage with stakeholders to ensure understanding and operational impacts


Required Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in systems design/analysis and project leadership
Knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics and experience with TicketManager
Understanding of complex application integration, Rest API, and project management techniques (Agile, Waterfall)
3 years of project leadership experience required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Computer Sciences, Management Sciences, or related fields preferred More...
