Key Responsibilities

Manage care for pediatric members utilizing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Services
Conduct outreach to assess medical, social, and behavioral health needs and address care gaps
Collaborate with external parties, including ABA providers and community agencies, for treatment planning


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a Behavioral Health related field
3 - 5 years of experience in Social Work or Behavioral Health
1 or more years of experience working with the pediatric population
1 year of managed care experience
