Key Responsibilities

Deliver specialized service as a single point of contact for members, managing and coordinating issue resolution
Provide concierge-level guidance on benefit plans, advocating for members and identifying proactive solutions
Take ownership of the member experience from start to finish, ensuring service continuity and building rapport



Required Qualifications

College degree or equivalent combination of college and work experience preferred
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions, ideally in a virtual or telephonic setting
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
