Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key academic accounts in the Benelux
Manage customer account activities, including onboarding, renewals, and upsells

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in Consulting, Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success
Must be based in the Netherlands
Availability for 24-32 hours per week
