Key Responsibilities:

Lead and collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality client services and ensure compliance with GAAP, SSARS, FAR, CAS, and DCAA requirements
Manage SSARS engagements and financial reporting while providing in-house training and improving client reporting processes
Build strong client relationships by understanding their goals and providing tailored business advice


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required
CPA license required
8+ years of public accounting experience, with 4+ years in a senior role supervising team members
Experience with government contractors and knowledge of federal contracts, FAR, CAS, and DCAA compliance
