  Gross Payrate as per 36 Hours:
  Weekly Gross: $2,543.15
  Weekly Taxable: $1,150.15
  Weekly non-taxable: $1,393.00
  Hourly Taxable Upto 40: $31.95
  Hourly non-tax: $34.83
  Overtime after 40: $51.00
  
  Requirements: -
  --- 1 year of experience required.
  --- 1st Time Travelers - Accepted.
  --- EOW is required, and the alternating weeks will be M-TH (3 shifts at random, the manager will try to provide upfront for travelers to make this more of a blocked schedule for them
  --- WA state license required.
  --- Required Experience - Level II Hospital setting supporting OP, IR, ER, IP - this is a busy department
  --- Charting - EPIC experience required.
  --- Certifications Required - BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced Cert
  --- Parking Cost - Facility Paid
  --- Local Rules - Candidates within 50 miles are not accepted.
