A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant - 401(k) to onboard new corporate 401(k) clients.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation of 401(k) plans onto the recordkeeping platform
Facilitate weekly conference calls and consult with clients and internal departments
Educate clients on service agreements and ensure a seamless handoff to the client service team


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Previous experience in project management and/or new client implementation
Proficient knowledge of IRS/DOL reporting and regulatory compliance
Proficient knowledge of various IRS codes including 401(k) and 403(b)
