Key Responsibilities

Own the marketing measurement strategy, including attribution modeling and incrementality testing
Build and optimize dynamic LTV models to inform spend decisions and maximize ROI
Create dashboards and reporting systems to track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities


Required Qualifications

Proven experience in driving business growth through paid marketing initiatives in a software company
Experience in building marketing measurement frameworks, including multi-touch attribution and LTV models
Familiarity with analytics tools such as SQL, Python, and BI tools
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative from day one
