A company is looking for a Salesforce Platform Manager and Architect to oversee the Salesforce ecosystem and lead a team while managing hands-on technical responsibilities.



Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Salesforce Administrators and Data Quality Specialists while developing a long-term Salesforce strategy
Contribute to complex development tasks and design new solutions that align with business requirements
Manage Salesforce projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful project outcomes and compliance with security measures


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science-related field
8+ years of IT professional experience, with 5+ years in a senior admin and architect role on Salesforce.com
Multiple Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Certified SFDC Administrator, Certified SFDC Sales and Service Cloud Consultant)
Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
