A company is looking for an Accountant to manage financial transactions and reporting.



Key Responsibilities

Record all transactions to the ledger in Quickbooks Online
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Prepare and submit annual and quarterly taxes to relevant authorities


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting (preferred)
Competency in preparing local, state, and federal taxes for a small company
Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs
Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
