A company is looking for a Senior Product Counsel to assist their team on a full-time contract basis.



Key Responsibilities

Counsel and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams throughout the software product and cloud service life cycles
Review, draft, and negotiate technology agreements related to the company's product portfolio
Perform due diligence to ensure compliance with third-party agreements, open source licenses, and government regulations


Required Qualifications

6-7 years of law firm and/or in-house experience, with at least 4 years on relevant product matters
Strong understanding of cloud service offerings and multi-tenant SaaS architecture
Expertise in intellectual property, open source issues, and information security
Sound legal and business judgment with strategic thinking abilities
