Responsibilities









As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of our community, welcoming prospective residents and guiding them through the leasing process. Your responsibilities will include:Engaging with prospective residents and showcasing the unique features and amenities of our communityConducting thorough tours of available apartments and providing accurate information on leasing termsResponding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and professional communicationQualifying potential residents by assessing their needs and matching them with the perfect living spaceAssisting in lease preparation, renewals, and move-in/move-out proceduresCollaborating with the maintenance team to ensure prompt resolution of resident concernsSupporting marketing efforts to attract new residents and promote the community's features













Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or NALP certification is preferredA minimum of one (1) year experience as an onsite Leasing Consultant, in the multi-family housing, hospitality, sales or similar industry Exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsStrong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help othersProven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skillsKnowledge of leasing practices and Fair Housing regulations is a plusFlexibility to work weekends and occasional eveningsPerks/Benefits:
