- Shift: 3x12HR Days (06:30 - 19:00)
- Years of experience REQ: 1 year minimum

- Weekend REQ: Weekends availability is required.
- Certs REQ: BLS and WA license required, NBSTSA is preferred.
- Is on-call REQ? Yes, on call is required. min 1 weekday call (M-Th), 1 wkend/mo (Fri-Sun)
- Will this traveler need to float between like units? *Floating may be required to the general OR.
- Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes, the manager would be accommodating on case-by-case basis.
- Locals accepted: No. Local radius rule: more than 50 miles from the facility.
- Pending License accepted: No pending license accepted.
- RTO Restrictions: Limit to 2 requests, must be in submission.

- PREFERRED: Adolescents
- Special Procedures: CABG, AVR, AAA, MVR,VATS,RATS, Carotid Cutdown, Mediastinoscopies, Pericardial Window, Tamponade, Minimally invasive cardiac surgeries
- Sterile Processing Experience REQUIRED: General, Cardiovascular/Thoracic, Laparoscopic
