A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst responsible for technical and analytical functions in Workday and related areas.



Key Responsibilities

Configure complex Workday business processes and lead project development and implementation
Translate business needs to system design, conduct analysis, and participate in testing and deployment activities
Research, diagnose, and resolve issues while maintaining change management documentation for audits and compliance


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Data Science
2+ years of experience with Workday Business Process and/or Domain Security configurations
Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and at least one other functional area (e.g., Benefits, Payroll)
Proven record of setting delivery commitments and meeting expectations
