Key Responsibilities

Onboard new client accounts and serve as the first point of Operations contact
Provide front-line support for advisor and client-facing systems to ensure efficient user experience
Create reports to enhance efficiencies and contribute to team performance improvement


Required Qualifications and Education

High School Diploma or equivalent with five years of financial services industry experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7 required; Series 24 preferred
Experience with Pershing's NetX360+ and Envestnet's Advisor Platform is required
Preferred experience with PershingX, Excel, and Square9 - Global Search
