Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Channel sales teams, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring
Coordinate functions to maximize productivity and ensure alignment with company processes
Oversee global lead generation activities and provide guidance to meet key performance indicators


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required
Over 12 years of successful direct sales experience in the indirect tax software arena
At least 5 years of leadership experience
Strong working knowledge of tax accounting and compliance principles
