A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator (Remote).



Key Responsibilities

Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now for exempt and non-exempt employees
Investigate payroll tax issues and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Prepare payroll reporting for company financials and assist with year-end audit preparation


Required Qualifications

Minimum of an associate's degree or Technical School Degree in Accounting
At least 5 years of experience in payroll administration
Proficient with ADP Payroll and payroll reporting tools
Strong understanding of state tax regulations
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel More...
