A company is looking for a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to manage and enhance infrastructure supporting numerous nonprofit organizations globally.



Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers, managing schedules and on-call rotations
Oversee large public instances and smaller hosting operations, ensuring performance and availability
Collaborate with software development teams for smooth deployments and maintain infrastructure documentation


Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or systems administration
Proven experience leading a technical team while engaging in hands-on work
Mastery of Debian-based Linux and experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
Extensive knowledge of AWS services, with familiarity in Azure and Google Cloud
