Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Execution - Will manage people- including at least one Director of Business Development
- Will work extensively with appropriate Customer teams within the Company to develop Leads and appointments with customers
- Will work independently to generate own leads within key target customers
- Will develop long term relationships within key customer/client targets
- Will develop and deliver sales and capabilities presentations, prepare and answer RFP's and have a clear understanding of the competitive landscape
- Will work closely with the VP of Business Development/ VP of Operations (and respective teams as appropriate) to ensure that our customer's expectations are met and overall business plans and strategies are achieved
- Will be an ambassador and role model for the division and will continually deliver the "customer first" philosophy
- Will quantify each potential new business opportunity in respect to revenue and profitability in conjunction with Operations and FinancePlanning
- Will coordinate objectives of the overall business development plan with all of the functional department of the company as necessary
- Will lead the development and implementation of an overall business development marketing strategy, including competitive analysis, obtaining approval from Senior Mgt team
