Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the vision and strategy for implementation and professional services teams
Develop and optimize processes to scale delivery operations effectively
Oversee customer projects to ensure timely and quality delivery


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience; Master's degree is a plus
10+ years of experience in customer delivery or professional services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in managing complex technical implementation projects in a SaaS environment
