A company is looking for an Estimator to develop cost estimates in support of a project management delivery team.



Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and detailed construction cost estimates from conceptual design to final construction documents
Research regional pricing of materials and labor, maintaining cost benchmarking information
Interface with clients and project teams to define cost requirements and support project reporting


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical area of study
Minimum of 3 years of related experience in estimating
Preferred accreditation from RICS or CIOB
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of estimating software
