In this role, they will play a crucial part in shaping how we understand and optimize our digital customer experiences. Will be responsible for defining and driving our digital analytics strategy, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the business goals. This is a hands-on role and will be deeply involved in the implementation and management of analytics platforms, including Google Analytics and Optimizely. Responsibilities: - Define and champion the overall digital analytics strategy and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the client goals and objectives.
- Act as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert for Google Analytics, providing guidance and best practices to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of current Google Analytics implementation and recommend optimization strategies.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Optimizely to drive A/B testing and personalization initiatives.
- Take ownership of Google Tag Manager (GTM) configuration, ensuring accurate and reliable data tracking across all digital platforms.
- Analyze the existing GTM setup to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all analytics implementations, including SDRs, BRDs, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with the client's Program Management team to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Oversee project timelines, status reporting, and escalation processes, ensuring timely review and sign-off of all analytics deliverables.
- Leverage Optimizely and other tools to design and implement personalized digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and drive conversions. Qualifications:
