T-Mobile for Business has built the wireless industry's premier Solutions Engineering team with deep expertise in Wireless Business Solutions. The T-Mobile for Business Solutions Engineering team is built around individuals with proven track records in Solution Sales, specifically Business Connectivity, Collaboration, IoT, and Security solutions.Job Responsibilities: - The Sr. Solutions Engineering Manager is frequently called on to participate in senior level presentations to T-Mobile for Business customers as well as provide the managerial involvement and support required to help the sales teams close key deals.
- The Sr. Solutions Engineering Manager will focus on developing their teams' technical skills, sales skills, and product knowledge to drive Solutions sales growth within the SMB & Mid-Market segments. Key leadership initiatives include driving profitability as well as protecting and growing the SMB and Mid-Market account base. This leader will uphold strategic partnerships with business partners to effectively achieve company objectives. Internal partnerships will include Engineering, Product Development, Strategy, Marketing, and Training leadership teams.Education:
