Key Responsibilities

Provide assistance to members and providers regarding eligibility, benefits, claims, and authorization of services
Resolve customer administrative concerns and ensure outstanding service on the first call
Document customer interactions and assist in training new staff



Required Qualifications

Education Level: GED or High School diploma; preferred Associates or Bachelor's degree
Experience Level: Less than 2 years in customer service
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Preferred experience in pharmacy or health care settings
