Key Responsibilities

Drive all aspects of the full lifecycle recruiting process including planning, sourcing, screening, and selection
Build relationships with internal partners and external organizations to attract and retain top talent
Implement inclusive recruitment strategies and represent Talent Acquisition on various committees and workgroups


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Staffing, Human Resources, or a related field
Experience with HR Information Systems/Applicant Tracking Systems
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field from an accredited institution
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of electronic spreadsheets and word processing
