Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve targets
Provide training on effective prospecting techniques and assist in developing a scalable prospecting process
Monitor SDR activities and collaborate with the VP of Sales to optimize lead generation strategies


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SDR or SDR Manager in a relevant industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
