A company is looking for a Financial Analyst II.



Key Responsibilities:

Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports for business performance evaluation, including variance analysis
Participate in the annual budget process, including data analysis and validation
Identify opportunities to improve financial controls and interact with cross-functional groups for issue resolution


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial management and analysis
Data Science certification is preferred but not required
Strong skills with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
